Designed for busy homeowners who want preventative care and peace of mind, this package bundles your essential gas services into one easy visit — with ongoing filter replacements included throughout the year.

    Package Includes:

    • A full internal and external cleaning of your pool heater to ensure proper ignition, optimal airflow, efficient performance, and longer equipment life.

    Pool Heater Cleaning Checklist:

    • Inspect overall condition of heater (cabinet, casing, rust, corrosion)
    • Confirm proper water flow and system pressure
    • Check for visible leaks or internal moisture
    • Inspect gas supply line for wear or leaks
    • Inspect all electrical connections and wire integrity
    • Power off and safely disconnect the unit
    • Remove access panels to reach internal components
    • Clean out dust, dirt, insects, and debris from the heater cabinet
    • Vacuum or brush burner tray and combustion chamber
    • Clean the heat exchanger using coil cleaner, compressed air, or brush
    • Clean and inspect blower fan (if applicable)
    • Clean pilot assembly or igniter tip
    • A thorough multi-point cleaning and safety inspection of your home furnace, including blower assembly, burners, flame sensor, pressure switches, and carbon monoxide testing.

    Furnace Cleaning Checklist:

    • Clean & adjust burner assembly
    • Clean blower assembly
    • Inspect blower components
    • Clean & check pilot and tube
    • Check flame sensor rod
    • Inspect motor belts
    • Tighten electrical connections
    • Inspect hot surface igniters
    • Inspect heat exchangers
    • Check spark ignition system
    • Inspect gas valve operation
    • Test pressure switch operation
    • Verify startup sequence
    • Check gas pressures
    • Inspect safety limit controls
    • Test volts/amps on motors
    • Replace/clean air filter
    • Test all safety controls
    • Monitor flue draft
    • Calibrate or replace thermostat batteries
    • Test for carbon monoxide
    • Document any deficiencies
    • High-quality furnace filters are replaced every 3 months to improve airflow, reduce dust/allergens, and prolong the life of your furnace.
